Choosing the right type of service to be performed in your home is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service. It doesn’t matter who you hire, if you insist on buying less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results. To avoid dissatisfaction, we strongly recommend that you begin your first service visit with a Detailed Deep Cleaning. This allows us to address areas of your home that may have been ignored for an extended period. Not starting with the detailed deep cleaning, the maintenance cleanings will be less effective, and you may not be satisfied with the results. We only recommend a General Cleaning if you have had professional cleaning within the last four weeks.

Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed or wiped)
Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed in place/not removed)
Cobwebs removed
Blinds** & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges wiped
Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
Pictures & knick-knacks wiped
Uncluttered shelves wiped
Furniture (fronts, sides, legs wiped)
Top of refrigerator wiped
Outside of appliances cleaned
Inside of microwave cleaned

Stovetop wiped
All Cabinet fronts wiped
All Doors and door frames wiped

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. The excessive build-up may require ultrasonic mini-blind cleaning. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
