If you need to skip a cleaning or multiple cleanings in a row, simply call or email the office, and we will adjust the schedule appropriately. Pricing may need to be adjusted on your next visit, depending on the length of time between cleanings.

Cleaning methods are the primary difference between initial and ongoing cleanings. The initial cleaning requires a variety of techniques, tools, and supplies to bring the home up to our standards, whereas the ongoing service is maintaining the home.

Wiz Cleaners is here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning. Leave fresh linens out, so we can change the bedding and towels. And put away any important documents and valuables. No worries, though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture. Any areas that are cluttered, the cleaners will clean around those areas.

Wiz Cleaners utilizes a Quality Checklist to achieve the cleanest, healthiest environment for your home. A General Cleaning maintains a certain level of cleanliness around your home. Your cleaners will vacuum and mop floors, tidy up the house, dust surfaces and furniture, clean the bathrooms and kitchen. These tasks are essential to help keep your home free from dust, dirt and other debris. Top to Bottom Detail Cleaning will remove the deep dirt and grime in your home. It will cover the areas that aren’t typically covered in a general house cleaning service. In addition to cleaning all the areas in your home, you’d expect cleaning of the baseboards, doors, and door frames in all rooms, and double scrubbing of the bathrooms. A deep cleaning is much more thorough than a basic cleaning service. We recommend a deep clean if you haven’t had your house professionally cleaned in the last month or before scheduling recurring service with Wiz Cleaners.

We encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaners if you’re happy with the work done in your home. It’s never a requirement, but a gratuity is a powerful way to say thanks. Even a personal note from you, simply saying “thanks for making my home look wonderful” means a great deal. A customary tip is 10% to 25% of your total charge.

We make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. Occasionally, there may be a change in a team member due to illness, vacations, and staff changes. But don’t worry! If your regular team is out, we will send another outstanding team who has gone through extensive screening and training. You can be rest assured your home will be consistently cleaned, every time.

We will ask for a credit card when scheduling to hold your appointment time, but you may pay by cash at the time of service. You may see a pre-authorization charge show on your bank transaction when we capture your card information, but the card will not be charged until the date of service. It is required to pay in full before commencing service. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Our employees are carefully screened and trained. Let us know when you request a quote online or when you call in your request. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you’re most comfortable with.

We come equipped with everything we need to make your home sparkle. Your team will arrive at your home with our cleaning products and equipment. Our products are Eco-friendly to reduce chemicals in your air, and they are hospital-grade disinfectants that keep viruses and germs at bay, keeping your family safe and healthy. We use a HEPA-filtered vacuum to remove allergens out of the air and furniture. But if you wish we use your products and equipment we will gladly do so, just notify our office before your appointment.

Yes, we do! Part of our commitment as a member of the community is not to harm the environment. That’s why we use only eco-friendly products which do just as good a cleaning job as traditional chemical cleaning products. If you prefer that we use traditional chemical products, just let us know when you book.

We love pets and will be careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have, so we can take care not to startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.

You don’t have to worry about forgetting your cleaning appointment. We understand that life can get busy, so you will receive SMS reminders three days, one day and two hours before each cleaning appointment. Email reminders are available upon request.

Wiz Cleaners service is 100% guaranteed! Call us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will re-clean the area, free of charge. We are not happy unless you are!

How do I re-schedule or cancel a booked cleaning?2022-07-12T09:06:27-04:00

There’s no question that life can be unpredictable. But you’ll never need to worry when something unexpected arises. If you have to change a cleaning date, just let us know as soon as possible. We require a 24 hours’ notice in advance, so we can easily reschedule your cleaning. If Wiz Cleaners receives less than 24-hours’ notice, or if we cannot access your home at the time of service, it will be necessary to charge you 50% of your cleaning.
